Royal Wedding

Currently, Brunei is abuzz with the Royal Wedding of one of His Majesty's daughter, HRH Princess Majeedah Nuurul Bulqiah. The Royal Wedding Ceremony, or better known as "Istiadat Perkahwinan Diraja", is held over two weeks commencing from 1st June until 14th June 2007, where every single day has its own activities.

The bride actually held a Masters degree in King's College London, which is my alma mater as well, while the groom actually befriended me many years ago while I was still a student in London, and he goes by the nick of AbgEyoy in online chats.

Let me illustrate the full name and title of the royal couple, as per the wedding invite :

Yours truly got invitation for three of the events (main ones too!), namely the "Majlis Istiadat Akad Nikah Diraja" (The Royal Wedding Solemnisation Ceremony), the "Majlis Istiadat Berinai Pengantin Diraja" (The Royal Couple Henna Decoration Ceremony) and the "Majlis Istiadat Bersanding Pengantin Diraja" (The Royal Couple Grand Wedding on the Dais Ceremony).
